The next Guild meeting in Tinahely is on May 10th @ 7.30 pm in the Teagasc Centre, Tinahely. On the night we will have a visit from a milliner, who will show us how to make our summer bonnets. Don’t forget to join the ‘Nicest Bow’ competition at the May meeting.

The Tinahely Guild managed to secure two cups at the Arts & Crafts night at The Woodenbridge Hotel on April 19th. Margaret Dollard won 1st prize for her Handmade Dolls Clothes and Madge Kenny won the cup for her Public Speaking skills. We applaud them both!

The Tinahely Guild’s AGM was well attended and saw Kathleen Byrne as new President of the guild and Brenda Barry as vice-president, Helen McDonnell stepped in as Treasurer and Madge Kenny as Secretary.
